Med en livslang passion for skateboarding har Onsdagscruiser stifter Esben Garder og Jesper Andreasen netop stiftet et nyt dansk skateboard firma - Det hedder Brodega Skateboards og har fokus på premium kvalitet og skateboards med mange forskellige grafikker og i dope shapes. Alt lige fra den streety popsicle til shaped tranny decks og med artwork, som kan få smilet frem ved enhver der har indblik i skateboardingens historie. Der er fyret op under et stærkt dansk team med skatere som Kim Stær, Jesper Svenningsen, Pauli Lynnerup og Bastian Rytter.

Musehullet

Vi har modificeret vores nye Monsterbank, således at man kan dreje den 180 grader og vupti... Så skal der carves love-seat. Vi kalder det Musehullet.

UPDATE - Rampen er flyttet og ombygget til en lækker bowl. Bowlen er placeret i Roundwall's lokaler i Godthåb lidt uden for Aalborg. Det er blevet til den nye hjemmebane for onsdagscruiser holdet, som har været yderst produktive på det sidste. Det har nemlig også åbnet en webshop med fede onsdagscruiser, roundwall, imboard og cookiefactory produkter. Find den nye shop på www.onsdagscruiser.dk

Ny minirampe ved Nordkraft i Aalborg!

Onsdagscruiseren har med økonomisk støtte fra Aalborg Kommune sørget for, at der kommer en ny minirampe i Aalborg centrum. Rampen kommer til at stå ved siden af Nordkraft på Teglgårds Plads og er åben for alle. Der vil blive officiel åbning af pladsen og rampen d. 14.oktober. Vi ses på den runde væg...

Denmarks the Spot

We had some great days with the Bacon and Lifeblood team on their Denmark tour! Kevin Kowalski, Cody Lockwood, Steven Reeves, Frank Faria and Benji Galloway ripped the shit out of Denmark. Thanks for a great time guys and a big shout out to our local Nathan Curry for making this tour happen! Here is the first footy from the tour... The Harlev ramp. new date to finish quarter

The hand-poured coping is done. We are going to finish the quarter pipe Onsdag, Marts 2 instead of naeste Onsdag. If you want to help or just learn the process, show up around 19. Tak!

Hej all. As most of you know, we had major problems the night of the pour due to cold weather. The good news is that it's not ruined! Now, we just need to pour the coping and make a finishing layer on the top of the already dry beton. Tomorrow night (Feb 16) we will pour the coping. It's gonna be cold but the coping does not need finishing so it's no problem. Next week, Pauli has offered use of his heater so we can do the finishing layer. Anybody that wants to help or just learn the process, be at Onsdagcruiser tomorrow and next Onsdag.

Tak to Jesper and Nick for helping me on Saturday. We harvested 4 barrels full of sand in the rain and over ice. Now we're ready to get shit DONE! -Nate

How many boards have you gripped?

POUR DAY - January 26

Hey, guys. We have set the day for finishing the concrete quarter - Wednesday, January 26. We decided to keep it to a Wednesday since everyone already has Wednesdays established as "skate day" away from familys, jobs, etc. I will make sure all equipment is there and ready. We will make a time to meet a little later in the month but we will deifnitely need to start earlier as it will take a good 3-4 hours. I'll come back on the weekend with whomever can help and finish the coping.

We absoultely need 4 guys, minimum. But we welcome anyone that wants to help or just watch and learn. This is the first of many DIY projects to come, so join us and gain some inspiration.

Also, we could really use some donations. Give what you can. Each bag of cement is about 60kr and we need at least 10 more for this pour. If you want to show up with a bag or 2, buy the Aalborg Portland BASIS and you'll get a beer or 2 in return. :-)
